My name is Clare Nott. I have been in Complementary therapies and therapeutic health development on and off for 45 years.
My many roles in this healing journey, began in the 70's and 80`s with great opportunities for self learning, experiencing widowhood, being a single parent to my beautiful daughter, involvement with amature theatre for many years, and with the completion of therapeutic massage and later Reiki and energy touch for health then embarking on running my own health business, I thought I was set……. but life's unexpected turn of events, takes me into the hospitality industry for many years, eventually becoming a Chef, and then owning Cafe`s and a restaurant at various times, and managing many businesses along the way, even a short stint in the outback as a shearers cook, challenging isolation and internal resolve. Always learning about people, relationships and life, often drawing many great lessons and wonderful opportunities for change and personal growth.
These experiences honed the skills that prepared me for working with, and communicating on many levels with those I meet, always with the intention of whatever role I play in life, to hold my focus on offering a sense of well being and upliftment in those I work and live with. Whether it was through food I prepared with my own hands, or by the positive encouragement offered to staff, or by the natural balancing of energies through my hands into what I touched.
Then through another life changing event, I returned in 2009 to the Health industry and further Study to open the Health Therapies Practice I am currently offering.

These natural therapies offer choice for those who seek the solution to their own health, while being supported in their self effort, you develop a sense of wellbeing, self confidence and vitality, a greater self awareness is often the outcome, and always leads to greater health, wellness, and an openness to new experiences. Trusting the unfamiliar feelings of freedom from any old emotional pain, mental fixations, and physical distress in the body. This therapy supports experiencing real Joy in living life. Creates a great sense of enthusiasm for fully engaging in your life, and along with guiding self effort, do clear away whatever blocks a person experiencing real heart felt joy, and contentment.
The focus is to recognise what systems, organs and cellular functions need support and changing or clearing and calming in the body, focusing on you as a whole, as well as clearing the cognitive blocks and mental fogginess, the self doubt that arise from time to time and can be the cause of emotional pain and mental agitation. The disregard of your own real needs and feeling compelled to meet the needs of others, is a basis for great discontentment, irritation and feeds into judgments and self loathing and much negative thinking. Regular sessions as needed help induce a balanced mental response to flexibility, contentment and calmness, while supporting acceptance, for those who continually sabotage themselves, and hold a strong fixation on the body and pain.
The value of the mind is recognised and refocused into health options that support Self discipline and self control where strategies are taught to recognise and change the things that are blocking you experiencing better health, freedom from pain.
The practices, provided in sessions actively support the clearing of chronic and acute conditions, trauma, and mental stagnation, irritation, anger and anxiousness. All systems are reviewed, the digestive, hormonal and elimination functions are checked and the ability to absorb and nourish the body are looked at. Review of diet, nutritional balance, detrimental food reactions -cravings and aversions are all addressed. The past does not need to be revisited, but if something comes up into the mind, it is then up for clearing out.
Even though we may have, what is recognised as a common symptoms of disease, there are no 2 people that are the same, and 'the source', of your symptom will have its origin/s in as unique a location or locations, as you are a unique individual.
The Truth is you have the power within to change that which is not working for you. You are shown how powerful and great you really are. Through Mindfulness Therapy techniques you are able to recognise the power of the mind and refocus it to the best outcome. Recognising what you really need in your life to make it GREAT.

Where is my pain coming from?
Your body and your mind reflect the relationships happening in your life, both internally and externally.
Your body is constantly trying to make you consciously aware of the level of chemical toxicity that is present and exceeding its ability to eliminate. Your body will let you know that degeneration within the body is in progress. You may be living in high levels of pain and not be consciously aware until it comes into a particular area, a chronic condition or acute pain.
Taking pain relief helps the mind; it inhibits your awareness of pain temporarily, but has no effect on reducing the toxicity levels within the body, the pain continues and as does the degeneration of body system functions.
The continual use of pain relief medications, masks the degenerative actions taking place, meanwhile the joints, fat tissue and lymphatic system become the storage reservoirs of the pain. It is your own inner wisdom, that is trying to keep high toxic chemicals away from your vital systems and organs, so implements an action of storage in the further most areas of the body, ie joints, limbs, fat tissue and also uses the skin, our largest elimination organ, hence rashes, lumps, excessive sweating, etc.
In sports and fitness endeavours, and in obsessive, compulsive work/ life attitudes, the popular myth of ‘no pain no gain’ and “the need to push through your pain barrier", or break the pain barrier” is the mind pushing past what is the actual healthy level of action, by using the belief in the mental willpower versus your own true great wisdom. The mind tries to influence what is perceived as success; and it’s learned response of pain equates to `Success`. Success equals love and love equals pain; This cycle can never bring the body or mind back into balance or proper function.
A balanced body reflects a balanced mind.
For the mind to reflect calmness, balance and successful integration of knowledge, there must be a balanced hormonal function supporting good digestion, assimilation of true nourishment, cellular hydration for clear communication and complete elimination of toxic influences.
Just as in an elite sportsperson, over time, and the continual pushing of the body to a peak level fora longer and longer period, results in the body is the overproduction of lactic acid not being eliminated, this toxicity in turn eventually crystallises in the joints, the liver and kidneys and the degeneration of soft tissue strength, fatigue and weakening of limb strength, it creates pain, stiffness and eventually immobility, the toxicity affects, the symptoms of disease and distress in the nervous systems, and we put up with it as the familiar, recognised life experience, and all this action is beyond the mind, it cannot control the pain. The mind is the one creating it, as the familiar reality.
The mind may appear to have the upper hand temporarily at times, but if there is any conflicting chemical signals within, this dysfunction show up eventually as a depression of function, of organs and systems and the mind eventually reflects this distressed state appearing within the body. The mind reflects anxiousness, nervousness, irritation and frustration. Loss of confidence and weariness, mental fatigue, fogginess, Depression.
Your body is a wondrously complex system of chemical actions, fluids (blood, lymph etc), electrical impulses (nervous systems, brain neurons etc), chemical energy transfers (motion, action, elimination, speech etc), skeletal and muscular functions. Amongst these chemical actions in all cellular levels, the energy transfers within the pathways from the limbic system, are coordinated through many glands including the Hypothalamus, within the endocrine system. The endocrine glands communicate continually to the organs, and body tissues within the many systems, such as digestion, reproduction, circulatory, eliminatory, and immune system functions, enabling the body to eliminate or store the toxicity present within the body, dependant on your learned response.
How your system functions will depend on external and internal influences, past learned responses. When the pathways in the body are in distress, this creates a high level of chemical toxicity; an oversupply or undersupply of chemistry. In a balanced body the hormones to counter any distress and chemical toxicity, is taken care of by the endocrine glands and limbic system pathways.
Why do I experience agitation, irritation and anxiousness of a response that comes from internal actions within the body?
It is your endocrine and Limbic systems natural response to operate maintaining its familiar, recognised homeostasis, usually from a past store memory, a learned attitude or perception or beliefs. These systems maintain the pain or fear response it recognises, and affects the internal working relationships between the brain, glands, all internal systems and what they communicate to organs, maintaining a pain filled homeostasis as the familiar experience. It is through expression from the limbic system, that the emotive response, generated from past stored memories, and used to coordinate gland responses through a series of communication hormones (chemical initiators) that affects all internal communications. These responses initiate other hormones to produce or reduce chemical actions to maintain the pain being fed through digestive functions, and stopped through excretory, circulatory, lymphatic systems and their related organs. It is these actions of keeping the pain that begin the degeneration instead of actions to maintain proper function.
Your experience of pain is an inability within the body to eliminate its high level of chemical toxicity. This inability, the malfunctioning communication and resulting toxicity begins to cause degeneration and damage to organs, and varying systems affecting body function, eventually becoming the experience of acute and or chronic pain and illness.
The source of a malfunction can be defined through kinesiology. This experience can be changed. The body and mental power can change the experience of pain to the experience of your true nature, calmness, integrity in all actions, and experience of Joy, true self worth, respectfulness of body and mind.
How to change the actions causing my experiences;
There are many allopathic medicinal strategies used to manage pain that do give temporary relief, and beneficial as a temporary option.
However, there are Complementary Natural Health Therapies that can get to the original source that is causing the malfunctioning pathway, creating distress. A new experience of life, a new homeostatic balance can be created over time with giving your body and mind the best tools to facilitate changes. What is focused upon, is what becomes the new experience.
